微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong)加工(gong)(gong),是(shi)傳統加工(gong)(gong)里面(mian)(mian)很難的技術,其(qi)介于傳統加工(gong)(gong)和(he)微(wei)(wei)(wei)細加工(gong)(gong)之間。 用電火花是(shi)不錯的選(xuan)擇(ze),最小(xiao)可以加工(gong)(gong)0.08mm直徑的微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong),但是(shi),其(qi)微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong)孔(kong)壁會(hui)留下再鑄層,從而(er)影響微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong)的使用壽(shou)命,使得微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong)的孔(kong)壁表面(mian)(mian)質量發生惡(e)化(hua);激光打(da)孔(kong)分為四類:不同的激光打(da)孔(kong)微(wei)(wei)(wei)孔(kong)加工(gong)(gong)方法特點:
1、激(ji)光直(zhi)接打孔(kong)(kong): 利用(yong)聚焦透鏡直(zhi)接打孔(kong)(kong),孔(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)小(xiao),圓(yuan)度取(qu)決激(ji)光光斑大(da)(da)小(xiao)及圓(yuan)度,孔(kong)(kong)的大(da)(da)小(xiao)不易控制。只能適合較(jiao)小(xiao)的孔(kong)(kong)。孔(kong)(kong)徑0.005-0.3mm左右。打孔(kong)(kong)速度快。
2、激光切(qie)割打孔(kong): 采用(yong)XY運動平臺(tai)來實現,孔(kong)內(nei)壁光潔(jie)度較差(cha),精(jing)度較差(cha),打孔(kong)速度慢,可打大孔(kong),多(duo)孔(kong)。
3、工件(jian)(jian)旋轉(zhuan)打(da)孔(kong): 孔(kong)內壁光潔度(du)較(jiao)好(hao),圓(yuan)度(du)高,打(da)孔(kong)速度(du)快,但只能(neng)打(da)單(dan)一孔(kong)。可打(da)孔(kong)徑0.005mm及(ji)以上。適合(he)圓(yuan)形同軸(zhou)零件(jian)(jian)打(da)孔(kong),可打(da)角度(du)孔(kong)。
4、光(guang)束(shu)旋轉(zhuan)打(da)(da)孔: 打(da)(da)孔時工件不動(dong),孔的大小(xiao)由(you)光(guang)束(shu)旋轉(zhuan)器控制,打(da)(da)孔內壁光(guang)潔(jie)度(du)較好,圓度(du)高,打(da)(da)孔速度(du)快,由(you)XY運動(dong)平臺來實現位置定(ding)位,可打(da)(da)多(duo)孔。是目前較為先進的激光(guang)微孔加(jia)工技術。
激光(guang)直(zhi)接(jie)打(da)孔(kong)和激光(guang)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)打(da)孔(kong),激光(guang)打(da)孔(kong)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)機,適(shi)合(he)精度要求不(bu)高的微孔(kong)加(jia)工(gong)。這類(lei)設(she)備把打(da)孔(kong)和切(qie)割(ge)(ge)合(he)二(er)為一(yi)(yi),不(bu)但能滿(man)(man)足多(duo)微孔(kong)加(jia)工(gong),還(huan)滿(man)(man)足各類(lei)薄(bo)板的激光(guang)切(qie)割(ge)(ge),使用范圍(wei)比較(jiao)。缺點(dian)是孔(kong)的光(guang)潔度和精度較(jiao)差,且孔(kong)的大小不(bu)易控制。精度一(yi)(yi)般(ban)在0.02mm,到0.01mm有一(yi)(yi)定困難。
